Hometown of noodles, Banshu-Tatsuno .

Banshu-Tatsuno, where the head office of Morimoto Flour Milling Noodles is located, is a place where water, powder and salt, which are indispensable for making noodles, are added. For dried noodles, which often do not use additives, the quality of the ingredients and the noodle-making technology are the decisive factors for the taste.
Since the founding of the Meiji era, we have been rooted in this land and have been working diligently to make polite noodles.

# Dried noodles made by everyone

Making dried noodles begins with kneading flour, water, and salt, and then repeats the aging and processing of the dough, and it takes time to complete. Original products and OEMs cover a wide range of tasks, from product ideas to planning, prototyping / tasting, and package development.
Since we are a small local manufacturer, we work while helping each other while having a family-like atmosphere. The production staff of the factory participates in the product development meeting, the office staff helps the factory during the busy season, and everyone makes dried noodles to be delivered to customers.
